WILKESBORO PARKS & RECREATION

The Town of Wilkesboro Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide range of facilities and activities to the citizens of Wilkesboro and the surrounding area. Our parks extend over 55 acres of land and oversee these facilities:

  • Cub Creek Community Garden
  • Hidden Oaks Dog Park
  • Creek Restoration — designated trout fishing waters
• Westwood Park
• School Street Park
• Rolling Pines Disc Golf Course
• Carolina West Wireless Community Commons & Wilkes Communications Pavilion
• Heritage Square Splash Pad
• Wilkesboro Campground

Our parks are made available to the citizens of Wilkesboro to participate and enjoy health, fitness, and leisure activities.

The Town has an agreement in place with Wilkes County Government for all of the ballgames. For ball schedules and applications, please contact Wilkes County Parks & Recreation.
